Advisory Boards

In accordance to THDA’s Strategic Plan, industry specific advisory groups will be established to strengthen our agency’s partnerships, which are necessary for progress and to fulfill our mission, to lead Tennessee home. These advisory groups will assist and advise us in better utilization of existing programs, as well as in creation and implementation of new initiatives, and in the assessment of program effectiveness.

Rental Housing Advisory Board
Mission Statement: To make it easier for property owners and residents to make connections and for persons suddenly in need of rental housing to be assisted quickly.

Lender Advisory Board
Mission Statement: To serve as a communication forum for mortgage lenders and THDA to explore challenges and opportunities to sustain and increase homeownership.

Realtor Advisory Board
Mission Statement: To serve as a forum to identify and advise THDA on key issues, program policies and concerns that affect homeownership.
