THDA WAP State Plan 2024-2025
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), on behalf of the State of Tennessee, is seeking comments on the 2024-2025 Weatherization Assistance Program, which designates how the State will operate in the coming fiscal year. This document also serves as the application to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for an estimated $6.3 million to carry out weatherizing homes in Tennessee. The draft plan will be posted from April 15 to April 25, 2024 for public review and comment, along with details for a public hearing on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 9am CST.
