Electronic Loan Submission
The Electronic Mortgage Loan Submission portal allows approved lenders to upload:
- Loan submissions
- Initial Underwriting Documents
- Post Closing Documents
To obtain access to THDA’s loan submission portal, the following information should be submitted to sfask@thda.org:
- Name
- Title
- Company Name
- Mailing Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
