Information for THTF Competitive Grant Administrators

The purpose of the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund (THTF) Competitive Grants Program is to develop and/or rehabilitate affordable rental housing serving the housing needs of low- and very low-income households including older persons and special needs Tennesseans.  Funds provided through Tennessee Housing Development Agency are awarded to nonprofit organizations and public housing authorities.

The THDA Competitive Grants Program will not offer a 2027 Grant round. We expect the next application round for the Competitive Grants Program to open in January 2028.
