Information for THTF Competitive Grant Administrators
The purpose of the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund (THTF) Competitive Grants Program is to develop and/or rehabilitate affordable rental housing serving the housing needs of low- and very low-income households including older persons and special needs Tennesseans. Funds provided through Tennessee Housing Development Agency are awarded to nonprofit organizations and public housing authorities.
The application packet for the 2026 Tennessee Housing Trust Fund Competitive Grants Program is available upon request. Interested parties may obtain a copy by submitting an email request to THTF@thda.org.
