Housing Choice Voucher Notices

The Middle Tennessee field office location will permanently close on Friday, October 29, 2021. After this date, you will not be able to enter this office, mail documents to this location, or place mail in the outside mail slot. All program documents required for continued rental Assistance must be emailed, mailed or faxed to your assigned Rental Assistance Specialist. This closure will not affect THDA’s ability to assist you and your rental assistance will not be interrupted. THDA will follow up with all Housing Choice Voucher applicants and participants via email and letter. See the letter mailed here.

Both the Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) and the Homeownership Voucher (HOV) Application Portals will not be available for two weeks. If you have questions, please email, HCVinfo@thda.org.
