THDA Loan Submission Portal Information

THDA Turn Times

THDA is currently experiencing a high volume of loan submissions associated with month-end activity. As a result, review times may exceed the standard 48-hour timeframe.

  • Underwriting Status- Reviewing files submitted on 4/28/2026
  • Processing Status- Reviewing files submitted on 4/29/2026

To help expedite the process and minimize the need for multiple reviews, please submit all outstanding conditions together in a single submission.
