The following foreclosure reports break down foreclosure trends in Tennessee and several major counties in the state. Beginning with the first quarter of 2015, Foreclosure Trends reports are now prepared using data from CoreLogic®. They will be updated quarterly and annually as data becomes available.

Appendix A displays all of Tennessee's 95 Counties alphabetically, showing where each individual county ranks with respect to Delinquency, Foreclosure, and REO rates, as well as listing each individual county's Index values for each category. Appendix A is attached to the quarterly reports linked above, but is offered here separately in both .pdf and .xlsx formats.

Appendix B: County Level Index Values by Loan Count

Appendix B displays all of Tennessee's 95 Counties ranked by the size of each county's active mortgage total, listing each individual county's Index values for Delinquency, Foreclosure, and REO rates. Appendix B includes some Census data figures as well as THDA's published home sales price data. Appendix B is offered here separately in both .pdf and .xlsx formats.

Appendix C: Tracking Historical Declines in Index Values

Appendix C offers historical context for the current status of each individual Tennessee county with respect to delinquency, foreclosures, and REOs. Appendix C tracks each county's delinquency rate since Tennessee's historical peak in March 2010, and does the same for foreclosure and REO rates. Appendix C is offered here separately in both .pdf and .xlsx formats.
