THDA announces 2027 Tennessee Housing Conference
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 23, 2026) – The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) will host the 2027 Tennessee Housing Conference (TNHC) February 9-10, 2027, at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.
TNHC is a unique opportunity for up to 800 of Tennessee’s leaders in housing and community development to connect and share insights on affordable housing challenges across the state.
“Sharing ideas and learning from peers is a key component of improving the housing landscape in Tennessee,” said THDA Executive Director Ralph M. Perrey. “This event brings together industry leaders from across the state to network, hear from experts in the field and learn about the latest housing trends.”
This year’s conference will feature a diverse lineup of engaging sessions including:

• Building the Builders: Creating Tennessee’s Construction Workforce for the Next Generation of Housing
• Housing Programs for the 21st Century: An Update from THDA’s Community Housing and Services Divisions

Shaun Donovan, chief executive officer of Enterprise Community Partners, will serve as the opening plenary speaker.
