Project-Based Vouchers for Partners

Project-Based Voucher Program (Partners)

The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program is a rental assistance program that links federal subsidies to qualified housing units on behalf of eligible families. PBV is tied to the housing unit within the approved property and is made available to the eligible family.

The PBV program is designed to increase affordable housing access by partnering with property owners with available rental units for eligible low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

PBV vouchers are only available in the 72 counties within THDA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program service area. See PBV Coverage Map
