Information for THTF Competitive Grant Administrators
The purpose of the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund (THTF) Competitive Grants Program is to develop and/or rehabilitate affordable rental housing serving the housing needs of low- and very low-income households including older persons and special needs Tennesseans. Funds provided through Tennessee Housing Development Agency are awarded to nonprofit organizations and public housing authorities.
