THDA joined the Johnson City Housing Authority’s Keystone Development to celebrate the groundbreaking of East Myrtle Court, a six-unit apartment for individuals recovering from opioid addiction. The construction is being made possible by a $500,000 Creating Homes Initiative – 2 (CHI-2) grant from THDA, which was created to fund creative and innovative proposals to build permanent recovery housing options.
