THDA is pleased to offer $4 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) over a 10 year period to help renovate affordable housing property Covenant Village (formerly Forest Creek.) The major renovations include new Energy-Star appliances, updated flooring, cabinetry and bathrooms, wi-fi and cable, a community room with kitchen, TV viewing area and computer workstations, and an ADA accessible fenced-in playground.
