THDA was proud to offer a Tennessee Housing Trust Fund Grant to Volunteer Ministry Center in Knoxville to assist with the building of Caswell Manor; 48 one bedroom apartments serving residents experiencing chronic homelessness. The residence will also offer interpersonal counseling, skills training, workforce re-entry training, education, financial literacy, life enrichment, field trips, and more.
