Notice of Comments and Public Hearing for Housing Choice Voucher Program

The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (“THDA”) is creating rules governing its obligations under the Tennessee Public Records Act as required by TCA 10-7-503(g)(2). A copy of the proposed Public Records rules is available for review at Tennessee Secretary of State: Division of Publications: Announcements for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. Members of the public are invited to provide comments at a public hearing to be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, between 9:30 and 10:30 AM CST. The public hearing will be held in the Tennessee Room 2 of the William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower located at 312 Rosa L. Parks Ave, Nashville, TN. Written comments will be accepted through 4:30 PM CST, September 10, 2026, and included in the record of the public hearing.
