Release of Lien/Payoff Statement requirements:

1. Borrower’s Signature Authorization to Release information
2. Executed sales contract between the KMTH borrower and the buyer
3. Preliminary HUD-1 settlement statement or Closing Disclosure form with all fees and charges

Release of Lien/Payoff Statement for Short Sale requirements:

1. Borrower’s Signature Authorization to Release information
2. Servicer’s Short Sale Agreement or Servicer’s Short Sale Approval letter to borrower
3. Preliminary HUD-1 settlement statement or Closing Disclosure form with all fees and charges

Release of Lien/Payoff Statement for Refinances requirements:

1. Borrower’s Signature Authorization to Release information
2. First (and second if applicable) lienholder pay off statement
3. Preliminary HUD-1 settlement statement or Closing Disclosure form with all fees and charges
4. Overnight FedEx or UPS label for shipping
