The applicant has reached the top of one of the HCV Programs' waiting lists. ALL ADULT (defined as eighteen (18) years of age or older, even if still a student) household members MUST review the Initial Eligibility Briefing Video. During the briefing, you will learn about the HCV Program and how you can be a successful voucher participant. Once you have completed the briefing video, you and all adult members will need to sign, date, and return the Briefing Acknowledgement Statement that was sent to you. Once received, the assigned THDA rental assistance specialist will process the voucher issuance packet, which will be sent to you within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your acknowledgment statement form.
