The Mainstream Non-Elderly Disabled (NED) Voucher Program provides rental assistance to disabled, very low-income persons between the ages of 18 and under 62 who are institutionalized, in a segregated setting, homeless, or at risk of the above. All applicants must be income-eligible to qualify.
