THDA Turn Times

THDA is currently experiencing a high volume of loan submissions associated with month-end activity. As a result, review times may exceed the standard 72-hour timeframe.

  • Underwriting Status- Reviewing complete files submitted to the Underwriting queue on 07/08/2026
  • Processing Status- Reviewing files submitted on 07/10/2026

To help expedite the process and minimize the need for multiple reviews, please ensure you are using the Underwriting Checklist to confirm all documents are in the file.

Please submit all outstanding conditions together in a single submission.
