THDA Loan Submission Portal Information

THDA Turn Times

THDA Offices will be closed on Friday June 19, 2026 for the Juneteenth holiday. 

THDA is currently experiencing a high volume of loan submissions associated with month-end activity. As a result, review times may exceed the standard 48-hour timeframe.

  • Underwriting Status- Reviewing files submitted on 05/29/2026
  • Processing Status- Reviewing files submitted on 06/01/2026

To help expedite the process and minimize the need for multiple reviews, please ensure you are using the Underwriting Checklist to confirm all documents are in the file.

Please submit all outstanding conditions together in a single submission.
