Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plans and Waivers

HUD requires that any public housing authority, including THDA must adopt a written administrative plan (Admin Plan) that establishes local policies for administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program in accordance with HUD requirements. The administrative plan and any revisions of the plan is formally reviewed and adopted by THDA's Board officials. The administrative plan states THDA's policy on matters for which it has discretion to establish local policies.
