Capacity Building Program
The Tennessee Housing Trust Fund Capacity Building Program has been created to address a need of nonprofit housing development organizations across Tennessee to build their space capacity in order to undertake housing development and other related activities. This program will help these organizations to construct, acquire, and/or rehabilitate office or program delivery space as well as increase agency capacity in terms of strategic and/or succession management planning.
Announcement
THDA is pleased to announce the availability of approximately $1.5 million in grant funding for the 2025 Capacity Building Program to assist nonprofit affordable housing development organizations across Tennessee with increasing or improving program delivery or program management physical space and/or agency capacity in terms of strategic or succession planning. The 2025 Program Description and application packet will be posted to this page by July 30, 2024.
